To be honest, I usually can, (I'm fun like that ;-) but not the Ultimate Blog Party 2010!! I participated last year and it was a wonderful opportunity to meet some mighty fine bloggers.

So you are a belly dancer? I love to dance and used to take ballet, tap and jazz as a kid.
My son loves to dance but he always embarrasses me by bending over and shaking his booty. Apparently, that is cool if you're 9!

I am also deathly afraid of roller coasters. IN a matter of fact, I am deathly afraid of escalators too. I recently went up one because my son thought he would go up it and felt like my knees were buckling and I was going to pass out. Not a fun experience.

I have a scar on my knee from roller skating in 1983 (well, the scar is from falling, skating doesn't leave scars). My husband and I went to rink on our first date (1995) and I actually roller skated when I was 7 months pregnant with my first child, which freaked the heck out of everyone. I just really wanted to (and I didn't fall!).
Anyway, Aquarius is actually an air sign, not a water sign (yeah, so why'd they call it Aquarius? I have no clue).
I tried belly dancing after I had my second son but I haven't done it in years. Some of the moves hurt my neck (I know, who says that? But it's true).

I've never seen a kiwi green Element before, seems all of the ones around my area are black?! I like the green! And the belly dancing - wow. I've been tempted to do it, once I am no longer pregnant, of course (I'd fall over if I did anything remotely dance like now).

OH I loved the rink when I was a teenager.. I was also a rink rat.. roller skating for me lol. I don't get on anything as thin as paper and rust it to hold me up. How cool tht you belly dance.. I would too if my belly had not danced to the southern hemisphere of my frame, and apparently does not want to return north. Found ya at UBP2010...

Talk to me about how you started down the road to belly dancing. I am very interested in it, though I feel fairly confident that no one really wants to see my belly undulating at this point. Still! I think it's beautiful and fun. Did you take a class, or start with a video or what?

I just love to party. When I was eight months pregnant I dance the whole night at a party and people were thinking that after that I will be ready for the hospital to give birth and not next like nothing happened. What a great memory!
